Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?No, you don't need to provide any cleaning products or equipment. Our team comes fully prepared with all the necessary high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and state-of-the-art equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home or business. This includes everything from vacuums and mops to specific cleaning solutions for different surfaces. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. If such a situation occurs, we request at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to manage our schedules and serve all our clients effectively. However, if the cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 48 hours notice, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged. This policy helps us maintain a high level of service and availability for all our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
